Mark R. Bruneau, Chairman
Mark R. Bruneau is a Senior Fellow with The Monitor Company, a global strategy consultancy, and Chairman of M’Pact TV, the leader in digital signage and immersive customer engagement environments.
From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Bruneau served as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Bell Canada Enterprises.
Prior to BCE, Mr. Bruneau was Founder and CEO of ADVENTIS, a global strategy and management consulting firm with offices in Boston, New York, San Francisco, London, and Munich, serving CEO’s in the global telecoms, computing, financial services and web 2.0 industries.
Mr. Bruneau is frequently quoted in Business Week, Fortune, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Forbes, as well as the Globe and Mail, and has helped shape the modern day telecoms and web 2.0 industry structures.
Mr. Bruneau serves on the Board of the Boston Ballet, Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, NeuroScience Canada, Centaur Theater, and Carrefour Arc-en-Ciel.

Daniel Robichaud, Founder and CEO
Daniel Robichaud is a Business graduate from Montreal’s HEC University. With over 10 years experience in web strategy, online development and business start-ups, Mr. Robichaud is one of Montreal’s better known entrepreneurs. Formerly the New Media Director for Corus Entertainment in Quebec, he later launched a prestigious web development firm sold to a large corporation in January 2007. Often described as a serial entrepreneur, Mr. Robichaud is behind a number of other successful ventures.
StreamTheWorld.com, a company that specializes in global audio and video streaming, is one of them. StreamTheWorld.com owns much of its market and serves many prestigious clients including Astral Media, Corus Entertainment, CBS Radio, TQS and more.
Mr. Robichaud also founded MyVirtualPaper.com, an online publishing platform used to convert any traditional print documents, booklets, catalogues and flyers into online, search engine friendly publications that can host advertisements, audio and video in addition to text. MyVirutalPaper.com currently works with clients like Bell, HMV, Tourisme Quebec, Johnson & Johnson and Sun Media.
In addition to these ventures, Mr. Robichaud is or has been involved in a number of other start-ups. He founded Telnip.com, an online credit card-free payment solution and is President of MobilizeCentral.com, a company that provides marketing applications that link websites to mobile phones. Mr. Robichaud previously owned the technology magazine, Quebec Micro, before it was acquired by Trader Corporation more than two years ago. Quebec Micro since resold again in May 2007.
Mr. Robichaud also acts as a business and management consultant for large corporations or start-up companies. He recently helped Quebec’s ‘Têtes à Claques’ to develop their revenue model before orchestrating their commercial launch and subsequent major sponsorship deal with Bell Canada.
Carl Fugère, Executive Vice-president
Mr. Fugère is a serial entrepreneur with great communication skills and a deep understanding of the technology industry and its trends. He has been the editor for Quebec’s premier technology magazine, Quebec Micro, and played key roles in the launching of several successful companies including Virtual Paper, Canada’s fastest growing Internet Publishing Platform.
Manoj Verma, Director
Manoj Verma is currently VP of Corporate Development at IAC Search & Media . Mr. Verma cover 's Ask.com, Consumer Application and Portal Business, Evite, Bloglines and Advertising Solutions from an M&A perspective.
Prior to joining IAC, Mr. Verma spent 4 years at Yahoo! in a variety of Corporate Development, Business Development and Product Integration roles within the M&A group, LAUNCH Music and HotJobs respectively. Prior to Yahoo!, Mr. Verma co-headed Corporate Development at Amazon.com and was a Senior Associate in the Investment Banking Division at Lehman Brothers in New York and Hong Kong prior to his time at Amazon.com.
Mr. Verma is passionate about the consumer internet space and is actively involved as an advisor to several start-ups providing strategic and business development advice.
Mr. Verma holds a Bachelor of Social Science Degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Ottawa, and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Daniel Beaulé, Managing Partner
Mr. Beaulé is a seasoned operations manager with broad consulting experience in SME. Before working with Neotech, Mr. Beaulé operated a consulting company, tripling its revenues in four years. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from UQAM.
Sean Morrow, Vice-Present, Marketing
Sean Morrow is a seasoned marketer, online and off, and has broad range of experience working with start-ups in B2B and B2C environments. Mr. Morrow started a communications firm, Inspirato, working with clients to brand their companies, develop sales strategies and establish leading online positioning.
Before joining Neotech, Sean Morrow led the launch and growth strategy of a premiere virtual world website. Sean Morrow is an online marketing specialist with a strong background in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and organic search.
